Licensing agreements for these databases require that access be extended only to authorized Longwood University users. Your LancerNet account information will be used to determine if you are indeed an authorized user. The information you enter into the fields above is passed to our server over the internet and is not stored anywhere on our system or on your personal machine.

Once you have been validated by this system, a "cookie" is sent to your web browser as an ongoing indication of your authorization to access these databases. This "cookie" contains no personally identifiable information and will only be set once during login. This "cookie" will only exist in your web browser's memory and will be destroyed upon closing your web browser.
